When is the Check-in and Check-out?
Check in is from 2:00pm-6:00pm if you need a late check in please contact the reception and we can organise a self-check in for your convenience.
Check out is until 12:00 noon. For late check out please contact us as it is subject to availability.
What times is Reception open?
The reception hours are from 10:00am-6:00pm.
Is there Parking space available?
What amenities are available in the rooms?
Our rooms include organic shampoo and shower bath. If you wish to bring your own products we kindly recommend you to bring organic products, as the grey waters in our internal sewer system are naturally filtered to re-use for irrigation.
Are pets allowed?
We have dog houses available and it is possible to book a stay for your dog. Yet, although Casa is settled on a farm with several animals, pets are not allowed at Casa’s grounds.

Do you have a room adapted for people with reduced mobility?
At the moment we have one room suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us so we can also prepare the ramps for the areas with small steps.
Are children allowed at Casa?
Children up to 3 years old can stay in the rooms free of charge, please contact us to request a baby cot (subject to availability) here.
Children from 4-12 years old pay 15€ per night. We also have a small children’s area with toys and books available in our mezzanine.
Can I visit the farm Quinta Vale da Lama when I stay at Casa?
We greatly encourange you to visit all the different areas and grounds of Quinta Vale da Lama. The farm is 42.5hectares and you can explore it for free any time.
Please check the map in the main hall for guidance or ask at the reception for more information.
Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
At the moment we are a vegetarian resort, so we kindly ask you not to bring food from the outside in order to respect our other guests.
Also our rooms do not have a kitchen or are prepared to have meals in it. So we advice that the consumption of food is strictly from our kitchen.
The rooms have a small refrigerator if you wish to conserve some of your drinks or baby food.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas.
There are designated smoking areas.
