FARM TO FORK & VEGETARIAN
The restaurant sources as much as possible from Quinta Vale da Lama‘s gardens and then venture further to local producers. Primarily, they embrace produce that is organic or spray-free and sustainably farmed to make all the meals on the menu. They aim to get almost everything from the local area when it is in season; from Aljezur western-lands to the northern hills of Monchique and even to the east, in Silves.
The dishes created for the restaurant are a reflection of the shared values of Casa and the Farm, joined to create honest, seasonal dishes that are packed with nutrients and full of flavour.
Here we to call it ‘farm to fork’.
The space is laid back, casual and with lots of nature to roam around. The undercover outdoor patio offers views to the gardens of Casa Vale da Lama and the orange orchard.
Our bar is stocked with local, organic and sulfite-free wines, artisanal beers, home-made kombucha and craft sodas to cater to all tastes.
